OpenLight Public API helps sellers, operators, and creators build integrations around brands, products, partnerships, attribution links, commissions, and reporting. The Public API is separate from the internal console API. It is designed for external integrations and uses API tokens, role permissions, cursor pagination, and direct resource responses. Use the Creator API when you are building creator-side workflows such as discovering authorized brands, browsing products, creating partnership requests, generating links, and reading performance summaries. Use the Seller API when you are building seller-side workflows such as managing authorized brand data, reviewing products, tracking commissions, approving partnerships, and reading seller reporting summaries. Every request is evaluated against the token owner and the permissions granted to that role. Operators are treated as seller-side users and can only access the brands and shops they have been authorized to operate.
